In my year end reflection for 2020 I focused how critical research is to my life and practices. I define research broadly. Research can be: ancestral and epigenetic, embodied, material, text based, aesthetic, etc. Life itself is research if you are paying attention. I excel at these kinds of inquiries. The one kind of research that eludes me is internet based research. How do people find things on the internet? Where do they find them? I simply do not understand the logic of it. I have to literally phone a friend when I need to find something on the internet. I have endless gratitude for the friends who continue to support me in this way.
My practice is growing. So are my research needs. I still do not understand the internet. Even though I have tried and continued to try it is clear that I need more help.So here’s my question: can you be that friend or one of those friends that I phone?
I am inviting you to support my work by donating your time and expertise to assist me with my internet research.
*For my birthday this year I’m asking you to celebrate with me by supporting my joy, my work and my communities. Each day I’ll be sharing one simple thing that you can do to support me in each of these areas. Visit my blog at the link in my bio to read past posts.
